Dear friends, we cordially invite you to submit a proposal for a piece or performance to be included on the Spring 2019 OMI/C2 concert @ the CCAM on May 2nd. Details and contacts for further questions may be found on the form itself.
OMI/C2 Spring Concert 2019: Piece Proposal Form
Please complete the following form to register your interest in participating on the OMI/C2 Spring Concert @ CCAM. The concert will take place at 7 pm on the evening of May 2nd. If your proposal is accepted and your piece is programmed on the concert you must attend and be available for rehearsals/tech on the afternoon of May 2nd (time TBA). If you would like to make changes to any of the information about your performance after initially submitting the form, simply return to this form to make edits.
The deadline to submit the form is April 8th
